ok for all of those trolling at the moment i know that i shouldnt have been driveing and i already feel like an idiot. i am not a bad person, i have just made alot of supid dicisions. so please dont tell me to rot in jail because thats the last thing i need and i am working verry hard to get my life back on the right track after all of this. i was arrested for a dui a few months ago, and had my sentence reduced to neglegent driving. the judge ordered my license suspended for 3 months whith a year to two years of probation along with a drug analasys followed with treatment and a victoms impact meetings and almost 1500 dollars in fines. i got lucky i know. so i was on my way home from my uncles b-day get to gether at his appt in puyallup WA along with my girlfriend when i was at a red light with a squad car to my left with two police oficers in it. the light turned green and i was sweating bullets when the cops didnt accelerate, they imediatly pulled behind me and WOOP WOOP. i was being pulled over at the botom of south maridian st. the one oficer informed me that the reason he pulled me over was because of a defective windshield. ok.. i dont have my redgistration with me and have been driving without insurance. i was posative that i was going to jail for a long time so i told my girlfriend i loved her and gave her a big kiss. next thing i know im being put in hand cuffs and given my rights because of me driving with a suspended license. the officers were mercifull at the fact i had my girl friend with me and gave her a chance to have someone get my car so it wouldnt be impounded. i sat in the squad car for a good 15min and they let me go with a 550 dollar ticket. they tolled me to drive up to the next street and wait for my ride and if they saw me again i would be in alote of trouble. wheeew... my girly and i waited for like 20 min for our ride and in that 20 min we whitnessed 4 other people being pulled over on that same street by the same police car. i am verry happy that i didnt go to jail but am worried that i still might go when i show up in court. is there anything i can say or do to keep myself out of jail? or have my charges reduced? anything i should bring with me to court? i am 19 yrs old and recently unemployed....
